NECKLACES:
16" (40,6 cm) usually sits around the collarbone, 18" (45,72 cm) is considered average length, and 20" (50 cm) and 22" (55,8 cm) have a longer feel to them. How a necklace fits will also depend on your neck size, so if unsure use a piece of string to measure your ideal length.

I work mostly with gold fill (yellow or rose) and sterling silver. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, or when swimming or exercising. To clean it, only use professional grade products purchased from a reputable source (i.e.: jewelry supplies stores).

MINIMIZE your jewelry's contact with chemicals (lotions, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc) to best maintain its shine.

To store your jewelry keep it in a clean, dry container and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching.

Most of my jewelry is also very delicate, especially the pieces made with delica beads. Do not pull your jewelry item and put it on after wearing your clothes. Golden rule: last on, first off!

Each item is shipped in a small jewelry box, ready to gift. In order to keep shipping expenses low, I may ship multiple items in one box.
If you require separate boxes for each of your items (for orders including multiple items), please specify it in the notes before checking out.

If your item has arrived damaged, please provide some photos of the damaged package and items in order to issue a replacement order or refund.

Replacements are available in the event that I made an error and every effort will be made to ensure replacements are shipped quickly! I will cover the shipping costs for exchanges for MY OWN mistakes.

Refunds or replacements are NOT available for items shipped to the address you provided (OR ATTACHED TO YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT) and shown as delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking. If it shows delivered and you do not have it, be sure to check with your postal service and/or your neighbors, sooner rather than later. I am not responsible for the mistakes of the US Postal Service or other couriers.

Yes. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of shipping, packaging, re-polishing and generally making the item available for sale again.
